Bonsecco Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the coastal region of Tuscany, the Maremma. The production of this Bonsecco, as in most of Tuscany, is still characterized by the manual picking of the olives.
Medium in taste.This is a high end finishing oil and should be used to "finish" a dish once it is plated. Delicious as a bread dip and as a dressing for mild salads.
