Our smoked pouches are raved about by our customers. Enjoy right out of the package or use in dips, chowders, salads and more. Each pouch contains approximately 8 oz. of smoked coho salmon. Comes in clear pouch with white, traceable label. Each individual pouch provides traceability back to the vessel who harvested it, offering a truly traceable seafood. Good to Know: Our smoked keta strips are a shelf stable product - no freezing or refrigeration required until you open the package. Once open, refrigerate and consume within a week. There is skin on our smoked salmon, but no bones.
