This green, piquant blend is inspired by the fertile, leafy countryside of Bonga, Ethiopia where Curio Spice Co sources herbs and spices from a women’s cooperative.

While different from traditional Ethiopian blends, it’s anchored in iconic flavors like koseret (a lemony herb) and besobela (a type of basil).
