Curio Spice Co sources the exquisite dried zest directly from Wakayama Prefecture, Japan and blend it with sea salt from Maine to create a finishing salt that adds a burst of floral, citrus flavor to vegetables, fish or meat.
The Yuzu Salt lids have a "keep in the fridge sticker" on the top. This item is shelf stable and are fine at room temp until opened. They will be much more aromatic and vibrant if stored in the fridge at home.
