This seasonal option was designed to capture all the flavor found in the Hatch Chile harvest season. We truly believe that our Roasted Hatch Hot Sauce is the most authentic tasting Hatch Chile product on the market, and our customers agree with us.

Hatch Chile is often used as a cheap buzzword to sell products that often don't actually taste like Hatch Chile. Either they don't use enough chile, it isn't roasted properly, or it is jarred with ingredients that take away from the flavor of the chile.

However, with our sauce, Hatch Chile isn't just an ingredient, it's THE ingredient. We've attempted to compliment and prop up this beautiful, singular flavor with a short list of simple ingredients, with just enough spice that you feel it, but not enough that you won't put it on everything.
