Puglia Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from Puglia (the heel of the boot) from the Terra di Bari & Castel del Monte estate in Italy. This estate has produced extra virgin olive oil of very high quality and with low acidity for three generations.
It is made according to the old traditional methods that ensure that the quality and properties of the olive oil are preserved. They control all of the phases of the process, from the cultivation of the olive trees to the pressing and bottling. This results in olive oil of consistently high quality.
