We start with our popular soft peanut brittle and add a cured hickory-smoked maple bacon. In fact, we put in so much bacon that it's literally the MOST bacon we could use and still have the candy hold together. Nearly two pounds of bacon in every batch we make!
Like our soft peanut brittle this is cooked using a carefully-crafted hand-made process, and contains no wheat, dairy, or egg. Shelf life is about 2 months for best freshness, if kept away from high humidity (do NOT refrigerate). We use a cured/smoked bacon that won't go bad, but tastes best if eaten in 8-10 weeks.
Store at room temperature, and for long-term storage seal in an airtight container.
